Foreign Aid - Good or Bad?


The debate over the effectiveness of foreign aid has never truly been resolved. In the 2000s, it was dominated by the very public disagreements between Jeffrey Sachs (author of The End of Poverty) and William Easterly (author of The Elusive Quest for Growth and Tyranny of Experts). These days the debate is a bit more nuanced.
